Welcome to Greiner Construction formerly known as Elite Homes.

We decided to change our name to more accurately reflect the type of work we are currently doing. A decade or two ago we were actually building very fancy homes in very fancy subdivisions. But along with the Condo's in Ludington, Manistee and Pentwater came fewer and fewer fancy new homes. As a result we haven't built an "Elite" Home in several years. The homes we build today are more "down to earth" and affordable. Affordable to build and affordable to own.

Of course we still do lots of additions and remodeling as well as repairs, maintenance and Home Inspections.
