With the exception of; being able to see through walls, disassemble the home and tell the future, we can help you learn all you can about the house before you complete the sale.We put each home through a battery of tests and examinations. We examine the roof, siding, windows, doors, foundation, walls, ceilings, attic, electrical, plumbing and heating systems. We test plumbing fixtures, appliances, furnaces and water heaters. We now have a drone to make difficult roof inspections easier. We can include photos in your report.We take note of any defects that we find and put all of the information together in a bound report that is laid out in a logical and sequential format. The report is delivered promptly first by e-mail then followed by hard copy, because we know that in any real estate deal, time is of the essence.Because time is always of the essence we keep our schedule flexible so we can be there for you practically any time.Having over three decades in the building business and nineteen years in the Home Inspection arena, you'll be hard pressed to find a Home Inspector with as much knowledge and experience.
