Because job site conditions can vary greatly, window installation should always be bid on a job by job basis. An example might be $150.00 per average size double hung window. This price would include masking off the interior and working from outside, tearing out the old window, wrapping the exterior portions with aluminum and installing the new window and vinyl trim.
Example price includes; labor, aluminum and 3/4" vinyl cove. Window prices can vary considerably depending on quality level.
Lead paint is almost always a factor in older homes with single pane windows. We do our best to meet and exceed EPA standards in dust prevention and control. For that reason we always mask off the interior side of the windows and work from the outside when possible.
We guarantee to beat the big box stores prices on labor by at least 10%.
